Ned Robbins is a one time character on Home Movies. He is the grandfather of Melissa. He has a senile and talkative personality and seems to like it when women who would cut his toenails and he enjoys talking about the old days. In the season one episode It Was Supposed to Be Funny, Brendon makes a documentary about his life, but decides to spice it up when he thinks it will be boring.
