The Maximum Security Vehicle is used to transport VIPs threatened by the Mysterons. They are generally taken to the closest Spectrum Security Building. The MSV is heavily armoured and equipped with a variety of survival and communications systems. In the event of an attack, it can be hermetically sealed. MSVd are housed in secret locations worl-wide and at Spectrum bases.
