At there, kill Skeleton Trolls until you get a Tiny Skull. Then, kill a Spined Dragon for a Spined dragonhide . Use your knife on it to cut off the dragonhide, leaving the spines. Next, kill Wall Creepers until you get a Creepy Arm. Use it on the spines and it will be combined into a Spiny Arm. Combine it into the Tiny Skull to get a Hand-made key.
