The Shiny POW Block is a Sticker found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is the stronger version of the POW Block. It damages all ground-bound enemies and can sometimes crumple them. If it crumples an enemy, it will be unable to attack and take double damage. You get to hit the POW Block twice to attempt to crumple enemies.
