The harpy hag is the upgrade to the harpy, the second-level creature of the Dungeon in Heroes of Might and Magic III. It can be found at the Upgraded Harpy Loft. An increased speed and a slightly increased defense makes the harpy hag more dangerous than the harpy. In addition, No enemy retaliation makes the Strike and return ability much more useful, as the harpy hag can fly at slow-moving units, attack, and retreat out of the target's range. It's still ill-suited to fight ranged units, though.
