Searching in the Shadows can be earned by completing an escort mission for a miner lost in the Hoarfrost Hills. You can find him after examining his abandoned tent down in a valley with a large rocky archway overshadowing it. It is a level 27 quest you receive to find him and he is located up above the valley where the green circle on the map indicates.
