Lou is a major charatcer from TV Series "The Simpsons". He is an officer of Springfield Police Department and by far, the most intelligent and competent officer of the Springfield Police. He is under the command of Commissioner Clancy Wiggum, and often takes the time to point out Wiggum's mistakes. He also appeared in "The Simpsons Movie". He also appeared in "The Simpsons: Tapped Out". He is voiced by Hank Azaria.
