Arkanos Fenix lived on Earth in the nation of Canada until he was about 20. He then joined the United Nations Space Command Defense Force(UNSCDF). Fenix graduated from Luna OCS within a year of starting and was place within the One Hundred and First(101st) Vanguard Reserve squadron in the first fleet. During his time with the 101st he served as the NAV officer for the UNSCS Fable, a Mako Class Corvette star ship. The UNSCS Fable was destroyed after a patrol inside Reach space. (Under Construction)
