Cancel is a skill learned in Star Ocean: The Second Story that allows canceling of special arts immediately after attacks. The skill is learned in the Combat 1 skill set. The skill does not exist in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time and Star Ocean: The Last Hope as the cancel ability is possessed by all characters naturally.
