Doctor Who: Vortex in 2D is a fan-made comic project made possible through the efforts of users and the popular webcomic creation service Bitstrips. It is designed in such a way for all users with access to the service to contribute. Bitstrips can be used to decorate or pay homage to other fanfictions, or even to tell original stories. Vortex in 2D embraces many different uses of the site.
