Ganymede Green (apparently named for the moon Ganymede) was a type of alcoholic beverage that was favored by Orion shipmaster Krulmadden. He had a flask of it when he first met Hikaru Sulu on Rigel VIII in 2269. (TOS novel: Prime Directive)
