Kiriko was a ballerina in Yamagishi's company who was secretly in love with him. She was aiming for the main role of Giselle in the company's production of the play Giselle, but became upset when she overheard that Yamagishi was going to give the role to a disguised Fisheye instead. After receiving encouraging words from Usagi and Chibiusa, her faith and determination was renewed. It was later revealed that Yamaguchi had always planned to give her the role all along, and that Fisheye was actually used to help him practice. Kiriko went on to dance as Giselle with him.
