Fanmade UTAUloids refer to UTAUloid derivatives that spawned from existing released UTAU voicebanks, made by other people. They are the product of altering pitch and voice quality of an existing UTAUloid to create a gender-bend of an existing UTAUloid, or an entirely different persona. This is not the same as alternate personas made by voicebank creators themselves, which are classified instead as UTAUloid Subspecies. Such derivatives inherit the voice characteristics of their donor. For example, Ted inherits Teto's Japanese-only vocal ability, and cannot go bilingual or multilingual.
