In an alternate timeline, Arlia was a female Deltan who served as ambassador to the Interstellar Coalition, and attended the conference on Babel in 2264 to consider United Earth's petition for membership. During this conference, she attempted to seduce Commander James T. Kirk, but was rebuffed.
