Captain Sen is an officer of the Imperial Army. He is stationed in the Market District of the Imperial City. One of Captain Sen's responsibilities is the administration of bounties on wanted criminals. The Player can obtain two quests from him: Creative Yukong's Bounty and Fading Moon's Bounty. If the Player complete both of these quests, they are then approached with a third, Aishi the Mournful Blade; this is not given by Sen, but involves him.
