You cannot leave a dominion tower match until you win or lose (running from the monster for 10 seconds and then logging out and back in will let you leave, however). During a match, you cannot exit the arena gates or teleport out of the arena. Therefore, it is recommended you do not bring teleport items, unless they have another use that will help you in the matches.
