Tadayuki Kaido was originally from the Japanese mainland, and contacted Luna Sedata Syndrome after visiting Rougetsu Island. He was hospitalized at Rougetsu Hall. His vanishing ghost can be seen peeking through the windows of the sanatorium on several occasions.
