Li'lia was a female Human who was at young age discovered between the wreckage of a pirate vessel by Starkiller and Juno Eclipse. She was adopted by Juno and later Starkiller as well after the fall of the Empire and the marriage of her adoptive parents. Later in her life she would become known as a quick shot.
