Amulets of hunger increase food consumption while worn. They are autocursing, so whenever the PC wears one it will become cursed and unable to be removed without the help of holy water, a scroll of uncursing, the Remove Curse spell or divine intervention. When cursed, it quadruples base food consumption (consumption from artifacts and invisibility is unaffected). When uncursed, it triples food consumption, and when blessed food consumption is doubled.
