Luó Hŭchéng (traditional Chinese: 羅虎城Japanese: Ra Kojō) Image:Flag of the Republic of China.svg Image:Republic of China Army Flag.svg A diminutive National Revolutionary Army general and friend of Zhāng Liè-Shān. He is hired to kill Pān Guāng-Lín, later he is confronted by Kenshiro Kasumi who struck a pressure point on him that if someone (or even himself) would say his name he would die. The first time he purposely mispronounced his own name but later at the fight between Kenshiro and Liè-Shān he said it correctly, dying.
