Fight Between the NCIS Team and Marine Corporal Damon Werth is a fight that occurred in November 2007 in which the members of the main NCIS Major Case Response Team engaged in a fight against Marine Corporal Damon Werth. The fight saw Werth attack the three members of the NCIS team: NCIS Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo and Timothy McGee as well as NCIS/Mossad Liaison Officer Ziva David with DiNozzo suffering a broken nose, McGee's right arm being broken and Ziva being left with a bruise covering the right side of her face.
