Composed and performed (English lyrics) by Tatsuo Kamon, it was released in his 26th single We Are Rockman in 1994 and as part of the Rockman Theme Song Collection in 2002. The Japanese lyrics were sung by Takeshi Aono, who was the primary Japanese voice actor for Dr. Wily until his death in 2012.
