Local ACTION 21 is an initiative signed up to by UK government at the World Summit for Sustainable Development, 2002 in Johannesburg. Local ACTION 21 was intended as a follow-on from Local Agenda 21, and described as a world wide movement to encourage local sustainability and move from agenda to ACTION.
