Built on Porpoise was a right-facing, upgraded shipyard shoppe on Cranberry Island. It was erected in November 2004 under the governance of the flag Trans-Atlantic Empire. Built on Porpoise continued the basic Cranberry Island naming scheme of animal and critter related names and puns. This building was named after the small aquatic cetacean, the porpoise and is a play on the phrase "built on purpose". The shop dusted in the fall of 2011. This building has the distinction of being the first shop to dust in the history of Cranberry Island.
