Refuse Row was the name given to the entrance street of Shadow Town, a prison complex operated by the Sith Empire on the moon Nar Shaddaa during the Cold War. Unlike the rest of the sector, Refuse Row was not monitored or patrolled by the Empire, allowing the Republic Strategic Information Service to set up a base there.
