Tasanee Panyarachun was a Human female who served as an ensign in the engineering section of the USS Titan. Chief engineer Xin Ra-Havreii often made sexual advances toward Panyarachun and it made her uncomfortable enough to complain about it to Counselor Deanna Troi.
