Mad Bull 97 (マッドブル９７ Mad Bull 97?) is an armored bulldozer enemy from the Opening Stage of Mega Man X4, a Maverick Mechaniloid that was originally created to be used in constructions. It consists of two parts. The first is a makeshift shield with drills in it. It can be destroyed using Zero's saber or a charge shot from X's buster. Once the shield is destroyed, a smaller tank like vehicle is revealed, which speeds up and moves forward. It can be either destroyed or jumped over.
