The Naga Embassy at Toshi Ranbo was wiped out by an explosion in 1198 in the opening phase of the War of Serpents. In 1200 the Empress Iweko I allocated resources to begin its reconstruction, and appointed the Zenathaar as the liaison to the Empire.
