Howard Bixman, born August 8, 1958 is a former NASCAR driver from Holly, MI. He drove in one race in the Craftsman Truck Series. That came in 2001, when Bixman drove a personally-owned vehicle at Memphis. Starting 27th in the thirty-two car field, Bixman moved up to 24th despite falling out with a few laps to go.
