Egg on toast is a breakfast dish. It is a fried egg on top of a squared piece of toast, surrounded by decorative triangles of toast. This was served at breakfast at Hogwarts. In 1997, when the trio were camping out on the Horcrux Hunt, Hermione Granger made scrambled eggs on toast, which was devoured quickly.
