Cry of Piercing Water is a technique apparently derived from the Eurasia Family. The user generates a line of blue shinsoo and then launches it at a target in a crescent-shaped wave. This technique possesses a decent level of cutting power being able to slice through something as strong as an Ignition Weapon. Laure used this technique to slice off one of the feet of Beta's Ignitions.
