It's possible. Owen has made rather suggestive marks through-out the course of TDI/A, such as being excited to room with all guys and so enchanted with Justin he could kiss him. On top of that, Owen was the only guy to be struck the same way as the girls were when looking at Justin. This changed however in TDA (as seen in Monster Cash) when other males were struck by his beauty as well. Finally, it's no doubt that TDI is a parody of Survivor, and Owen himself could have been made to represent the original winner of Survivor, Richard Hatch, since they share alot in common (Constant nudity on the show, over-weight, they both won the series, and Richard was gay himself).
