Warg Mastery allows you to summon a warg using your warg flute. Cannot be used while you have a Falcon, nor can a falcon be rented while you have a warg. Unlike Falconry Mastery, this is an indefinitely-active toggle skill. Using the skill after summoning a warg will put it away and it can be re-summoned any time.
