Garrison Points (GP) are the Alliance Vs Alliance (AvA) equivalent to Command Points, defining the number of Sworn Swords that can be Garrisoned in order to participate in AvA. Garrison Points are calculated using the following formula: GP = (7*[Level]0.42) - 7GP can also be increased with certain Fealty Talents. You will stop accumulating GP when you reach level 5000.
