Miles Edmund Farrer Bridges is the son of Mark Thomas Bridges CVO, who after his father is next in line to the title of Baron Bridges of Headly in Sussex and St Nicholas-at-Wade in Kent. He was educated at Sandoyd School, Eton College and Magdalen College, Oxford.
