Shakira Zayid was a woman whose brother was involved with a terrorist cell located in Los Angeles which made him a target of Mossad operative Michael Rivkin who killed Rafi by stabbing him through the heart. Unaware of her brother's death, Shakira was later befriended by undercover NCIS agent G. Callen and shielded by Callen when his Office of Special Projects colleagues launched a raid against the terrorists in the auto-shop.
