He is always dressed in the finest suits and has an ornate pocket watch that he checks constantly, whether he has another appointment or not. He likes to make sure everybody knows he's an important and busy man. He is horribly corrupt and has played a part in many questionable affairs. As the Level Inspector, he occasionally attends Level Orchestrator meetings, though not all, or even most. He also will stop by an LO's office unannounced to check up on the LOs.
