Hal was a Human male Marine Officer in the forces of House Organa during the Alderaan Civil War. He led a detachment of Organa marine forces to assault Castle Panteer in the Glarus Valley of Alderaan, hoping to retake the castle from House Ulgo, but he and his forces were instead wiped out by the Sith Empire.
