Jan Tabor is the most recent example of a werewolf in the Tabor family. As legend has it, every seventh generation, about every two hundred years a member of the the Tabor family is cursed to be a werewolf. Supposedly Jan was shot in the leg with a silver bullet, one night, by a huntsman, while in wolf form. The next morning, Jan Tabor regained his human form again, but the huntsman identified him, because he was limping. Jan Tabor is said to have been tried as a werewolf, around the year 1760.
