This mission is a bit tricky, since the couriers do not spawn automaticly, you have to kill mobs near their spawn points. For the ones outside the fort, wipe out any viper near the far end of their green circle zone. For the courier inside, go to the small compound at the back of the fort and kill the guys farthest from the gate to the main compound.
