The top-stitched shirt with front band button closing has shirt type collar, patch pockets with buttoned flaps, buttoned shoulder tabs, shaped lower edge and long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. Sleeves can be rolled up and held in place with buttoned tab. Decorative snap fasteners can be substituted for buttons on pants and shirt.
