Madeleine Wey was the wife of Christopher Wey and the mother of Julia Wey. She and her daughter were killed in an attack that left her husband in a coma, but when Christopher awoke, he discovered that he possessed touch-activated psychic abilities, which he used to communicate with Johnny Smith in the past. Smith thus prevented Madeleine and Julia from being murdered, but was unable to stop Christopher from falling into a coma. Wey was portrayed by Ione Skye.
