A group of space pirates who seem to have a largely Far Eastern theme, the Kei Pirates pose an unknown level of danger. However, they have been confirmed to be enemies of "Hot Ice" Hilda, and at least one of their number posesses impressive abilities in a technique reminiscent of magic. Their intentions are shrouded in mystery, but it can be said for sure that no good can come from their pursuit of Hilda and her ship.
