USS Surabaya (NCC-3144) was a Vincennes-class command cruiser on active duty during at least the early 24th century. It had been named after the Battle of Surabaya during the Indonesian National Revolution in the mid-20th century on Earth, as well as other starships named Surabaya. Surabaya's crew complement was 403 plus 95 surface action specialists. When Task Force 76B was split off from Task Force 76 in October 2310, Surabaya was named 76B's flagship.
