The 1999 EasyCare Vehicle Services Contracts 100 was an ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series event held at Track::Lowe's Motor Speedway on May 22, 1999. Canadian Mario Gosselin captured his first ever ARCA victory, holding off Darrell Lanigan when a late caution period forced the event to end four laps early due to time constraints. Eventual season champ Bill Baird finished 11th.
