Leslie Twelvetrees appeared in Coronation Street in July 1963 as a Counter Clerk at a Labour Exchange frequented by Harry Hewitt. He also appeared in Family Solicitor, The Odd Man, ITV Television Playhouse, BBC Sunday Night Play and, on radio, Thirty Minute Theatre and the irregular role of Fred in The Archers intermittently in the 1960s.
