R. Picardo, MD, was a 29th century professor from the University of Copernicus who was a member of the Temporal Integrity Commission. His work with the Commission included the development of the USS Relativity. Picardo's name was on the dedication plaque on the bridge of the Relativity. (VOY: "Relativity") This character was only mentioned in writing. He was named after Voyager actor Robert Picardo.
