The Mission to San Francisco was the second mission for the Delta Squad that took place on Earth. After hearing reports of Naddist activity in San Francisco, the Delta Squad and Sydney Stockman went to investigate whether the locals were being paranoid or if these are really connections to the Naddists. They then discover that the train is rigged to explode when it enters the station. Eventually, the team manage to stop the train while the Hawks crew destroyed the cargo ships.
