Alexandros I (1920 - 1968), was the King of Nicaea, succeeding his father Philip I. He married Queen-Empress Maria of Portugal and Russia, and with her he had a single daughter. Due to the love he felt towards his mother, he decided to honour her by founding a new dynasty at the death of hs father, creating a union of both the House of Anemas and the House of Habsburg. Due to his marriage to Queen-Empress Maria, he became de jure uxoris both Emperor and Autocrat of All the Russias and King of Portugal and the Algarves.
