Yoon Dawson was a North Korean national who was married to Sergeant James Dawson with a baby girl. In reality, Yoon was a spy for the North Koreans and her cell included Sun Porter, Ming Crane and Lee Sung. After living in the United States for 3 years and having a baby girl with her husband, Yoon had a change of heart and killed or attempted to kill the members of her cell. Though NCIS originally suspected her of killing them to maintain her cover, it was later discovered that she did so to stop them from setting off a bomb at a diplomatic event.
